Looking to decorate a skull themed bedroom for a girl? Whether you're looking for straight goth or girly pastels, there are plenty of bedroom accessories out there that will help you get the perfect look. I've collected all of my favorites into one place to help you out. Let's get started!

First thing you are going to need is some skull decorated bedding to form the bones of the theme. You can find all of my favorite skull themed bedding ideas here, but to get you started, here are a couple of great ones.

For hardcore gothic, you can't go wrong with the stunning Alchemy Gothic 'No Evil' comforter set featured above. If, alternatively, you are looking for something a little more feminine, the Veratex Rainbow skulls set on the right is absolutely perfect. Here's a mistake that many people going for a gothic theme make - don't paint your walls black! It will leave your room looking dark and small, in a way that is really more depressing than you would think. Trust me, I've made that mistake myself in the past. Instead, choose deep purples, blues, medium grays, and make sure the room is capable of being very well lit. I've featured some cool skull themed lamps below, so be sure to take a look at those.

Whether or not you are painting the walls, you'll need some fun pictures to decorate the blank spaces with. Skull themed posters and decals are very common: I've featured two of my favorites on the right and above. They come in all styles imaginable. It's not just posters and stickers either, you can get hanging wall tapestries, gorgeous canvas art, and faux animal skull trophies. Pick your favorites and go wild with it!

A lot of people neglect lighting when it comes to decorating themed bedrooms, even though it can add a really unique flair to a room. Skull themed lighting is more common than you would think, and every piece is a really original design. The wire frame skull lamp above is a great spooky lamp, for example. Alternatively, if you are going for the more 'day of the dead' style of skull bedroom, this Thai style wooden framed paper lamp would look perfect!

Skull themed candle and tea-light holders are another wonderful choice for the theme, it gives the room a real dungeon feel. If you like candles but don't want to take the risk with real flames, you should take a look at these stunning and kooky skeleton themed flameless LED candles.

Last, but not least, finish off the room with some personal, unique touches. For this you will need skull themed accessories, little ornaments and the like that just scream 'you'. This skull themed clock is very cool, for example, and for girls who need space to store their jewellery, these trinket boxes would be amazing. Wall decals are a perfect way to liven up the walls of a dinosaur themed bedroom, and there are some fantastic murals of all sized, many of which look as as if the the dinosaurs are about to burst out of your walls. The 3D look is very effective! You can also get yourself some official Jurassic World decals are available here.

Another cute idea is to buy some glow-in-the-dark dinosaur stickers to decorate your walls with, such as the ones on the left. That way even when the lights are out you can still bask in the beauty of the Jurassic era.

Speaking of things that glow in the dark, looking for some cool dinosaur themed lighting? The lamp above is a pretty magical piece, and it's easy to replicate at home if you have some plastic dinosaur toys, a spare lamp, a glue gun and a bit of time. There are also a couple of accessories you can buy to decorate your existing lighting fixtures too, such as a t-rex ceiling fan pull and dinosaur light switch plates.

This post is going to be looking all of the great Inside Out bedroom decor ideas out there and how to put it altogether into something that looks amazing. Let's get started!

First of all, the centrepiece of the room is the bed, and so far Disney have released two very beautiful sets of Inside Out bedding that you can pick up. The one at the top of this post is my personal favorite - it's so bold and colorful! Each set of this bedding comes with the comforter, a flat and fitted sheet set, and two pillow cases.

As for the second one, I love the patchwork style to the design, it has a very unique and feminine feel that is bound to make any bedroom look amazing. You can get the matching sheet set here, which comes with a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and a matching pillowcase.

A fun addition to any piece of bedding is a few extra pillows, and in this instance there is a real treat out there - pillows shaped like the actual characters! On the right is Sadness, and you can also get Joy and Anger.

If you are painting your walls a new color to match the scheme, then you have a wide array of choices available to you. The five colors of the main characters, light yellow, sky blue, red, purple and green all work great, though I think yellow and blue are your best bet since more of the decor features Sadness and Joy prominently.

Once your walls are looking lovely, you'll need some art to hang up! There are quite a few wall decals featuring the characters from Inside Out, such as the cool one featured above. Another fun decal style to use are polka dots like this, which can be used to make your room look just like the inside of the HQ! You can also get some pretty nifty canvas are - the one on the left actually lights up, which makes it a very unique piece.

Dis you know that you can also get Inside Out themed furniture? If you have a lot of clutter to store, above and on the right are some pretty fun options with some lovely Inside Out character art. The ones on the right are great as they are suitable for boys and girls. Beyond official Inside Out merchandise, you can get a lot of furniture that matches the theme as well. I recommend going for lots of bold primary colors, like this table and chairs set (or this one for older kids) or a few of these cuddle chairs. Here's a colorful and eye-catching book rack that would also fit the theme.

Finally, finish up your room with some cute accessories! Figurines are a fun one, like the colorful Joy figurine with light up Memory Sphere. You can also get Sadness, Anger, Fear, Disgust and Bing Bong in figurine form too. You can also get some cute Inside Out character plushes to pile up on your bed: here's Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust.

You windows can look a little bare without some curtains, and there are some official Inside Out curtains, featured on the left. I love the pattern, it's very bold.
