So I was doing prep for a Sofia the First themed bedroom decor ideas post, and there were just too many bedding sets to choose from! I couldn't just pick one or two, so I thought I'd put together a post just for my favorites. 

First up, and my personal favorite of all of these for its bold colors and and very striking design, is the Sweet as a Princess toddler bedding set featured above, which comes with a flat and fitted sheet set, that gorgeous girly pillowcase, and a bedspread to top it all off. 

If you are shopping for an older girl, check out the pretty in pink bedding collection on the right, which comes with a comforter, a flat and fitted sheet set, and two matching pillows. Its so cute!

If you like more pastel colors and a lot of pink and white swirls, then the beautiful bedding set on the left. Its a very soft and gentle look that would go well in a girl's bedroom dominated by softer colors and a would lend a bright and airy feel to any room.

Like mink? I know I do, its soft, cuddly, and a lot warmer than regular cotton and polyester, which makes it a great choice for the winter months. If a cold front is coming your way, I recommend picking up the two piece purple sheet set on the right to go under your princess-in-training comforter and duvet. For example, why not pair it with the beautiful duvet on the left? This one is very light and and sure to bring a lot of brightness to your child's bedroom.

Last, but certainly not least, below we have a very pink-a-licious number featuring a fantasy castle, Princess Sofia, and lots of very pretty birds and swirls. Well, what more could you ask for?

Sleeping Beauty is one of the beautiful, classic Disney Princesses that really defined my childhood, and its leading lady Princess Aurora remains popular with young girls even today. If you have a little princess who loves Sleeping Beauty, why not decorate her bedroom with lots of themed goodies? Here's some of my personal favorites.

Its very hard to find bedding featuring Aurora on her own, as opposed to hanging out with her fellow classic animation princesses, but those can look equally beautiful in a Sleeping Beauty bedroom.

If that's not your style, some beautiful lacy pink and white bedding like the one above would make a perfect base to add some official Disney Aurora accessories to cement the theme. For example, check out the adorable Sleeping Beauty cuddle pillow on the left. So cute!

There's other Sleeping Beauty decorative cushions and pillowcases for you to cuddle up to in your royal bedchamber out there too. Check out this beautiful pillowcase for example.  Its so pretty!

Finally, the perfect finishing touch to a princess themed bed is a gorgeous canopy. Sid Trading make some really special canopies that would look really amazing in a Princess Aurora themed bedroom, such as the one on the right (which would look really good with the lacy bedding above!), or this deeper pink number with sequins.

The obvious choice for wall colors for a Sleeping Beauty themed bedroom is light pink, but lilacs and purples, baby blue and a very light yellow can also work very well, especially if you are having a bit of pink overload. Get a few samples and go for whatever makes the bedroom look bright and airy. 

No royal palace should have bare walls, so be sure to add some beautiful wall accessories to light up the room. There's lots of fun wall art you can use to give the room some color, such as the giant Sleeping Beauty wall decal on the left, Thomas Kinkade canvas art and a cute and very colorful movie poster that you can even get with a black frame.

Finally, top off your bedroom with some Sleeping Beauty style furniture and accessories. The Princess tiara shelf above is a cute choice, and if you don't mind giving some of the other princesses some screen time, there's also a Disney Princess storage box. If you are looking for some cute lighting to finish your room off, check out this lamp here which features a crystal sculpture of Princess Aurora in her pink ball gown. Finally, be sure to get some matching curtains - these sheer pink ones would look lovely.

She's beautiful, she's intelligent and hard-working, and a Princess and the Frog themed bedroom makes a great treat for any little girl who love the leading lady! This post is going to look at all the essentials you'll need to make a Tiana themed bedroom fit for a princess.

A cute idea if you are on a budget and already have some light green, lilac or blue sheets, is to pick up a Princess and the Frog blanket like this pink and blue one, or this blue one and drape it over your bed. Why not add a super cute Tiana cuddle pillow to the mix like the one above?

Lastly on the bedding front, on the left is an amazing bed canopy and mosquito net in pink and green that would fit the Princess and the Frog theme perfectly. Canopies are an easy way to make a room look fit for royalty too, so it's win-win!

Next up, matching your walls to the theme! Lime green and various shades of purple are Tiana's theme colors, and so are your best bet for a paint color. Pastel versions of the color work best. 

After you've painted your walls, its time to decorate them. If you really want to go nuts, check out the insanely big wall mural featured above for an easy fix of Disney-goodness. If you're looking for something a little smaller, there's lots of different wall decals to choose from, my favorite being the giant Princess Tiana set on the left, which comes with these adorable 3D butterfly stickers. A bold movie poster like this one can't go amiss, and a cute Princess Tiana wall border would also go nicely.

Yep, there's even Princess Tiana themed bedroom furniture for kids! This one's not an essential, but if you aren't on a budget and want to go all out in your Disney decorating spree, they make very fun extras. Check out the cute rocking chair on the right for example! You can get a matching vanity table here, while a matching activity table and chair set for it here.

Don't forget the windows! Official Princess Tiana window drapes do exist, but they are very hard to come by - I'd advise checking on eBay to see if any one is selling a pair. However, valences are easy to get hold of. I love the pretty lilac one on the left, and an alternative, more lacy style of valence is featured here.

I would pair the valence up with some cute translucent lilac drapes, or green or pink ones. Solid color curtains look very pretty too.

Finally, add the finishing touches with some Princess Tiana toys and bedroom accessories. My personal favorite is the crystal princess lamp below- its so pretty! Speaking of lights, check out this Princess and the Frog light plate cover too.

Collecting Princess Tiana figurines is very fun, and there are many beautiful ones to choose from, such as a gorgeous princess ornament like this one, and this beautiful hallmark figurine (you can get a version of Tiana in her blue party dress too). There's even one styled after the princess' leafy pond style high heeled shoe, which is pretty unique.

First of all, no themed bedroom decorating project can start without a Brave themed bedding set to be what pulls the room together. There's a few beautiful collections you can find out there, such as the bold and colorful blue number featured at the top of this post.

If you are on a budget, a cool idea is to pick up just a Brave themed blanket like this one or this cute one, or the pretty lilac and blue number above, and match it with your existing blue, pink or lilac sheets.

Finish off your bed with the adorable Merida shaped Brave huggable decorative pillow cushion, and you are ready to aim for adventure!

Once you've got your bed ready, its time to spruce up your walls. Loads of colors of paint go well with a brave theme, from greens, to blues, purples and light pinks - hell, even a bold orange to match Merida's hair would look pretty cool. You can really go wild with it, so get a few samples and experiment. 

There is also plenty of Brave wall art out there, so there is no excuse for having bare walls! My personal favorite is the massive Merida wall decal on the right. There are also many limited edition Brave canvas art pieces available out there. My favorite is the one above: its a really cool shot. Movie posters are a fun and pretty budget alternative too.

Finally, Merida bedroom accessories are a little hard to come by, but I've found a few awesome ones. The plush doll above, for example, is very cute, and you can also get an Angus plushie to go with it. The figurine on the right is also absolutely beautiful, and I highly recommend it. For younger kids you can also pick up a Brave nightlight.

Snow White was Disney's first animated feature film, and its beauty and brilliance keeps it an iconic party of any child's memory to this day. Making a Snow White themed bedroom is difficult, as she tends to only appear in official merchandise along side her fellow princesses, but it isn't impossible! Princess Snow White bedding is reasonably rare, though there are a few gorgeous pieces out there, such as the Seven Dwarves bedding sets above. They go out of stock pretty quick, so if you like them be sure to get them while you can!

I can also recommend going for bedding that evokes the themed and the color scheme of the movie: lots of bright reds, light yellows and blues, as well as animals and flowers. The cute Golden Rail quilt set on the right is an example of what I mean. You might also pick up a light blue or scarlet sheet set, a solid color yellow quilt set or a red quilt set. 

Another cute accessory to bring the Snow White theme to your bedding is apple shaped pillows like the one on the left. Its not poison, I promise! You can even coordinate your window dressing to match your bed, such as these cute red drapes or these gorgeous translucent curtains in either baby blue or light yellow.

Lots of colors will work with a snow white theme. Almost every pastel color would look great on your walls, especially yellow, pink and blue. If you want to go super bold, bright red also looks very cute. My personal favorite look would be a very light yellow.

Since there isn't a lot of merchandise featuring Snow White on her own, wall decorations are very important to pulling the theme off. There are plenty of Snow White themed wall decals, including giant sized character pieces and collections that feature the princess and all her dwarf friends.

If decals aren't your style, canvas art is also available, such as the very cute number up above and this absolutely stunning Thomas Kinkade piece. Snow White posters are another great budget option for adding some royal flavor to your walls. If you really want to go all out, check out this 10 foot long mural featuring the leading lady and the seven dwarfs!

Finally, add the finishing touches with some cute accessories, like a gorgeous Snow White figurine or a red apple rug. It still isn't poisoned, honest! A vanity table or a mirror, mirror on the wall are an absolute must. Why not pair it with a cute Snow White Trinket box or snow globe? Disney globes and figurines are a lot of fun to collect.

Frozen is officially my favorite Disney movie of all time, a heartwarming tale of sisterly love that manages to play and subvert the classic Disney fairytale tropes for amazing effect. I wish I wasn't too old to make myself a Princess Anna or Queen Elsa themed bedroom, but that doesn't mean I won't help out all the Frozen fans out there who want to make their own for themselves or their kids. Let's get started!

First of all, you will need some Frozen themed bedding to act as the centerpiece for your icy wonderland. After all, every princess needs somewhere warm to hide on those long winter nights. My person favorite is the lilac comforter featured at the top of this post, which you can get the matching sheets for here.

If you want a more bold and neon look, think about pairing this sheet and pillowcase set with the cute Frozen comforter such as this blanket which features a more cartoonish art style that younger girls are sure to love.

I've always loved having a tonne of pillows on my bed, even if most of them somehow end up on the floor over the course of any given night. There's already some really cute and fun Frozen themed decorative cushions available on the net too. Check out the one on the left - huggable Olaf pillow! Lots of different colors work for a Frozen themed bedroom wall. Any color associated with winter will work, such as any shade of blue, silver, grey or white, but a very light pink or green can also work. There's tonnes of fun wall art you pick up to decorate your walls too, like the adorable decals featured above. You can even get life sized giant decals of Princess Anna and Queen Elsa, and don't forget Olaf! If decals aren't your thing, why not pick up a Frozen movie poster or canvas art.

There's only a few Frozen themed bedroom accessories out there, but they make up for their lack of numbers in how pretty they are. The figurine above is really something special, for example. A fun idea that I would suggest if you want your bedroom to look like Elsa's frozen crystal palace is to hang up some pretty blue snowflake fairy lights like these around the room or on the window sill. Oh, and a plush Olaf teddy never goes amiss.

I absolutely adore the Disney Princesses - they were a big part of my childhood when I was growing up, and they remain stunning masterpieces of art and animation to this day. Its no surprise that little girls still love Cinderella - she's beautiful, hardworking, and has one of the most stunning ballgowns of all the Disney leading ladies. This post is for every little girl who wants to turn her bedroom into a palace fit for Princess Cinderella. Lets get started!

The bed is the centerpiece of any room, so the first thing you'll need is some colorful Cinderella themed bedding. There a few different styles available, from the deep blue comforter featured above, to a more purple and lilac blended look on the right. The sheets on the right are also a good bet!

For those of you decorating a toddler's bedroom, I recommend this fun sized Cinderella bed set, which comes with everything you need: a mini-comforter, a flat and fitted sheet set, and a dinky little pillowcase. 

If you are on a budget, an easy and cheap way to get the Cinderella style is to buy a beautiful disney blanket like this one and match it with your existing pink, blue or purple sheets.

I'm a big believer that ever bed needs a giant pile of pillows and cushions to jump into, no matter how old you are. If you like a bed with lots of pillows, be sure to check out these cute alternative design pillow cases to add to your sheet set!

There are also lots of fun themed cushions you can add to the mix. The one on the left is really gorgeous and unique, a huggable plush pillow shaped like the Princess herself. Another pretty option for girly-girls who love the color pink is this plush pink heart cushion with Princess and crown decoration. This adorable crown shaped pillow would look very beautiful along side it, I think.

With the bed looking wonderful, lets turn to the walls. The obvious choices for wall colors are light pinks, purples and baby blues, since those are Cinderella's theme colors. Match it with a light colored carpet. Pairing the colors works well - for example you could have a baby blue carpet and lilac walls.

There are also plenty of beautiful wall decorations out there, so don't leave your walls lonely and bare! My personal favorite is the one on the right, a spectacular Princess castle. I think it would look great above a bed or chest of drawers. Decal quotes from the movie are just perfect. 

Cinderella canvas art is also popular, such as this amazing piece. A cheaper but equally fun option is to get some Cinderella posters, like this one.

Finally, every Princess needs to know what time it is so she can make sure she isn't late to the ball - don't forget to pick up a Cinderella wall clock.

If money is no object and you want to go out, I highly recommend looking at the Cinderella Collection of furniture with features absolutely beautiful Princess style chest of drawers, bed frames, bedside tables and so on. Otherwise, there lots of other fun options. For example, if you have the space and your daughter loves doodling or reading books, then you might consider getting a Cinderella themed activity table for her. Own a cube shelf and want some fun matching storage space? These baby blue fabric drawers will go great.

Finally, its time to add the finishing touches to your Disney Princess paradise with some Cinderella themed accessories. There is an insane amount of things to choose from, from figurines, to alarm clocks, to jewellery boxes and pumpkin carriage shaped picture frames. They even made a Cinderella themed wastebasket. Pretty cool!

Since this post would be a novel if I featured them all, I'm just going to mention my favorites. Firsts, there's the sparkling wonder that is the Cinderella EVA crystal lamp, featured on the right. I would have gone nuts if I'd gotten it as a present when I was little! Second, for the girl who has too much jewelry and nowhere to put it, they've made a pumpkin carriage shaped wire jewelry holder just for her.
